HI, I’M KRISTEN.

I’m a graphic designer and marketing professional based in Philadelphia, and the founder of Dahlia Design House. While planning my own wedding, I discovered a love for the art of wedding stationery—and, admittedly, an abnormal obsession with the wedding industry.

From intricate floral designs to an emotional first look, the do’s and don’ts of mismatched bridesmaid dresses, or the perfect white satin closed-toe pump, I could talk about weddings for hours. My husband, Joe, would agree.

People like to say the invitation is one of the most important details of your wedding because it sets the tone for everything that follows. Obviously, I agree. When you’ve poured so much time, thought, and energy into creating a meaningful celebration, your invitations should reflect that same level of care. Long before your guests arrive at the venue, your stationery gives them their first glimpse into the experience you’ve created.

That’s why I believe in thoughtfully curated stationery and event details that carry your guests through every stage of your engagement, from the first save-the-date to your thank you cards.

And while I’m designing your stationery, I’m also here to be a resource throughout the process. I’m always happy to talk through your wedding vision, help you refine a color palette, create a custom monogram or crest, recommend vendors, or simply help you work through the seemingly endless list of decisions that come with planning a wedding.
